If you ever feel installation issues, our support team will collaborate with you and do the installation for you. Orders placed in order to grab the software files and then asking for refund may not be able for refunds. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

Note: To qualify for refunds, you must meet our basic server requirements. Also please review our online demo as you will receive the product as in our demo with all features ofcourse enabled. We will be unable to issue refunds if your server does not meet basic server requirements like: ioncube loaders enabled, PHP 5.3, Php execution time>300, hosting control panel like cpanel, plesk or directadmin. Our software do work on all types of servers , however you will not get performance on shared servers, so we highly recommend VPS or dedicated servers. Our engineers will however always be highly helpful to resolve issues if any.
Refunds can not be processed if:
  • You have installed our software on shared server, since our software does not support shared server due to limited resources and factors even though it may work depending on your hosting company.
  • No attempt has been made to install the software.
  • Your server doesn't meet basic software server requirements.
  • No refunds are available for SAAS versions. SAAS versions require minimum cpanel/whm and SSH access port open with cpanel account login details.
